A favorite of the owner at the rum bar Bar Julep in Setagaya. Smooth and light on the sweetness. Soft vanilla. Very enjoyable. — 9 years ago
A very good example of what agricole can be. Smells earthy, dirty. Tastes like leather. Smokey long woodyness aftertaste. Extremely long finish. One of my favorites. — 9 years ago

Actually aged 15 years. Smooth for 47%, nice agricole flavor without being too woody. — 10 years ago
My wife Cindy bought this 10 years ago for our restaurant Shanghai 1930 cuz she just loved it. I found a last bottle and polished it off and must tell you it's singular uncluttered rhum that you feel you were there in the days of this creation. Lingering balanced 'rhum' character that is so so unique in that it is what it should be! — 11 years ago
