Rounded acid, satin texture, medium bodied, minimal smooth velvet tannin balance, herbal-smoky finish. Texture forward, nice mature notes with great finish. Nice Bianco blend from Tuscany! Not a light bodied white, a little viscosity, a little zippy minerality. Long finish. Great with my mesclun salad with grilled sausage. Because of the body, I think this will transition nicely through late fall 2014. — 11 years ago
