The Helix line-up hasn't really hit it off for me this year, but here's one that made me do a double-take. Big fruit, very well balanced acid, terroir, and yes...even spices. I have to have this, it's wonderful. — 10 years ago

The winner for the night!! Bar-none one of the best Walla X2 Merlots that I have ever tasted. It has a medium 'wow' factor that isn't intrusive on the palate, yet it's big enough to notice and the flavor linger for quite a while. Awesome wine! — 10 years ago
