I think the whites from Alban are much overlooked and are wines that generally will benefit from aging.
This 2013 is no exception however it might hit its peak sooner than the 2010/12 vintages and to my palate is a bit less "CA Rousanne-like" than I usually see from John/Glenn.

Fantastic viognier from John Alban (or Glenn Skrabanik - not sure whi's doing most of the winemaking legwork these days). Great aromatics (honeysuckle?), medium balance, and a nice finish. Not the best incarnation of their viognier - might need another year or two to fill in - but is still a really enjoyable wine. — 9 years ago

I hesitate to call a wine feisty or exuberant but... This one is. It's not overpowering but is a big wine with big Zinfandel flavours. I'm not entirely sure how this differs from pervious raven's I've had and frankly, I was on my second bottle, which leaves a muted palate... Nonetheless most enjoyable.
