Made like an ice wine, this blend of sweet/fragrant Vidal, Tram, Riesling, and vignoles (!) is fabulous! After being refriged for a month+ it lost some high in acidity :( So, drink quickly next time — 11 years ago

A spur of the moment visit by good friends prompted the pouring of the pale golden-hued NV L Mawby Brut Sparkling Vignoles 'Crémant Classic'. Disgorged in Oct. '12, this sparkler displayed lively effervescence of medium-small bubbles exploding with aromas of lemon cream pie, baked bread and yellow apple with smoked almond notes.
