Crisp and slightly citrusy. A bit sweet, but not too much so. Very pleasant. — 10 years ago
Very juicy and fruity, some sweetness but not cloying — 10 years ago
Fascinating take on vignoles. Bone dry and one of the most tannic whites I've ever tasted. Chilled it was just too harshly structured and lacking fruit. At room temp it blossomed with dried pineapple and apricot. Long and almost gritty finish. Not for everyone. And not going to impressed within 30 seconds. Take your time and tease out the layers and complexity. — 10 years ago
Quite good, oxidized, Caramelized but still crisp and clean. — 10 years ago
A spur of the moment visit by good friends prompted the pouring of the pale golden-hued NV L Mawby Brut Sparkling Vignoles 'Crémant Classic'. Disgorged in Oct. '12, this sparkler displayed lively effervescence of medium-small bubbles exploding with aromas of lemon cream pie, baked bread and yellow apple with smoked almond notes. Crisp, but not tart, flavors tingled the tongue with refreshing citrus zest accents on the finish. — 11 years ago
Vignoles grapes, light, crisp, grapefruit. Soft sweet finish. Very light. Will be good summer wine. — 11 years ago

Peaches, honey, a nice herbal undertone and some bitterness/tannin that help round out the finish on this unique FLX ice wine. #sweetwineisnotacrime #demisec — 9 years ago

Made like an ice wine, this blend of sweet/fragrant Vidal, Tram, Riesling, and vignoles (!) is fabulous! After being refriged for a month+ it lost some high in acidity :( So, drink quickly next time — 11 years ago
Sweet, light. Really enjoyed this with my chicken salad lunch at the Mercantile in Excelsior Springs, MO. Fun place, great wine! — 11 years ago
