A little plain, but incredible to see the red slate soils of this vineyard translated through the relative tabula rasa of Pinot Blanc. Imagine just the skeletal outline of minerality from the estate's Rieslings made manifest; the rocks walk the earth right into your mouth. Very clean with no botrytis.
