Ridiculously smooth. The charred vanilla flavor is as advertised. Legs for days. Great wine! — 7 years ago
Toasted notes of caramel and space are intermingled with deep dark fruit flavors. — 7 years ago
Really enjoyed this as an evening sipper by itself. Subtle notes of the bourbon barrel, fairly well balanced. Would get again, especially for price. — 8 years ago
Pre fire beauty. Damn! — 9 years ago
This ale is great with FourRoses bourbon! — 10 years ago
Creamy, chocolatey, yummy — 11 years ago
Very good Zin. Perfect pairing with steak and sweet potatoes. Berries, spice, pepper, and a little vanilla. Dark color from the bourbon barrels. — 6 years ago
Great sipping wine. Don’t need to have a meal to enjoy this wine. Very smooth and highly recommended. — 6 years ago
Bold!! Great bottle of a unique and memorable wine. The bourbon barrel aging provided a layer of sweet smooth hints of spirits. Very enjoyable. — 6 years ago
Deep purple in color with a reddish/ purple rim.
Fruity nose with blackberries, blackcurrants, black plums, cooked cherries, light wood, spices, alcohol, light vegetables, dust and black pepper.
Full bodied, bold and jammy, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and extremely fruity (some RS) on the palate with plums, cherries, currants, oak, spices, earth, vanilla, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, leather and peppercorn.
Long finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a nice Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Very fruity, rich and extracted with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up, and the fruits chill out for a bit (90 minutes).
Not very heavy on the Bourbon style, and tastes like others in this category, which is fine with me. Might be too sweet for some.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 7 years ago
Incredibly delicious. Dry, full bodied. The guy at Bev Mo recommended it and explained that this is the best bourbon-barrel aged—they did it for just the right amount of time. Sounds weird, but so glad I tried it. — 8 years ago
Vanilla, brown sugar, lemon curd, a little simple, more heat on the finish than I would like. — 9 years ago
B3, delicious — 9 years ago
I was introduced to my first Rye tonight...ever. Not sure what I should taste for ( other than smoky burning) but it was just the right amount of smoke, bite, and happiness for happy hour. I dig it. — 10 years ago
Def a slight bourbon finish . — 11 years ago

An amazing value. Spiced fruit, clove, honey, vanilla, amazing oak notes - just an outstanding bourbon. It’s light enough that it would make an outstanding summer whisky, but drinking it neat with no water is serving me just right on this cold November night. — 6 years ago
Went amazingly with spicy Mexican. Would buy again, and would recommend. — 7 years ago
One of our favorites to drink during our Friday night dungeons and dragons campaigns. Pairs well with both Orcs and Elves which is surprising. — 7 years ago
Smooth, nice aroma like the cab version. Citrus flavored. — 7 years ago
Toasty, caramel and viscous. Lovely! — 8 years ago
The best creamy beer I've ever had. — 9 years ago
