One of the most intriguing wines I've ever tasted. Consumed at Acquerello courtesy Raphael. Extreme perfume of prosciutto, cherry, leather and bramble. Really hitting it's stride. — 9 years ago
Decant before drinking. So enjoyable. — 10 years ago
Coop. Haven't tried it yet — 11 years ago
Disappointingly oaky, but otherwise ok. Some green apple acidity, and a little honey/vanilla. Actually a little more likeable as it warmed up in the glass. — 11 years ago
Courtesy of The Winery 116th street Harlem NYC. Terrific Savigny aromatics, plush mouthfeel and lively balance of tannins and acidity. Slow ox for a few hours and opened up even more in the glass. Another year or two and this will sing 🎶 — 8 years ago
Apple cider is the dominant flavor here. Meyer lemon also comes through on the palate. Flavors on the palate dance around changing from floral to fruit then to bright minerality. The nose is somewhat closed and unimpressive. Honestly, I prefer the richness of the NV versus the lean style of the 2004. Perhaps in 10 years, this baby will be ready? — 8 years ago
A wonderful summer red. Ok. I used it to macerate peach slices and grapes!! A perfect summer treat. — 9 years ago

Excellent Champagne from Bereche. A bit amber in the glass, yeast and soft bubbles with excellent acid. A bit more full bodied than your normal Blanc de Blanc. Very nice. — 8 years ago

Minty herbs, lemon verbena, ruby red grapefruit, tropical overtones
Fuller bodied with concentrated citrus flavors with hints of guava and papaya. Herbal edge is faint, but there. Long, lingering finish. Mouth-filling but well balanced by gravelly acidity. — 11 years ago
Understated elegance. Shockingly good. — 11 years ago
Gotta love that loamy soil flavor that you can only get on Long Island — 12 years ago
