Without a doubt the wine of my life. Elegant, dried cranberries, cigar box, beechnut tobacco, great texture. A truly magnificent bottle. 1/100 that would be perfect. — 8 years ago
Perfect way to finish off a stunning meal. Dark golden yellow. With lots of hay and wheat on the nose. Super thick syrupy texture with tons of honey and honeysuckle. Possibly has had little TCA. Great acidity (6/10) and full bodied. Long finish too with lots of life left in it! Drink till 2030. — 9 years ago
This is a great Pinot. You'll never be disappointed. Pairs brilliantly with a 28 day dry aged bone in ribeye too. #laterpost — 10 years ago

Nose of ripe; blackberries, blueberries, black plum, black raspberries, dark cherries, white & black pepper, soft, chalky minerals with light & dark fresh florals. On the palate, lean; blueberries, black raspberries, dark cherries, cherries, black licorice, soft baking spices; clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, powdery crushed rocks, leather, dry & fresh dark florals with understated white & black pepper. Bought in 2005 at the bargain price of $22. I’d been saving it. Worth the wait. It was absolutely delicious, old school, refined, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon at its peak. If I could only drink one wine for the rest of my life, this would be it (assuming availability). — 5 years ago
