El Sangre De Toro!
Quase 8 anos de guarda...e quando a rolha sai: Explosão de história.
O peso da idade dessa garrafa foi muito bem representada na taça.
Vinho Excelente!
Salud!

Fucking awesome stuff. The right amount of funk and yeast and Pinot juiciness and zing. And the winemaker is super cool to boot!!
Don’t believe the ratings that reference cava or the like — if you’re looking for the boring stuff, look elsewhere. — 7 years ago
Quite nice vintage cava. The yeasty dimension I love about champagne is missing, but this has minerality and bright acidity with some fruit. — 8 years ago
Fresh, elegant, deep, great grip and just awesome! — 8 years ago

Have to try the local wine while I'm here. 3 euro lol — 10 years ago
v2001. A bit of Brett, initially, but that dissipated about 30 min after opening, which allowed aromas of lavender, leather and black fruit to shine. Black cherry, roasted meat, and juicy acidity on the palate, and a great finish. I really can't relate to the low ratings some have given this wine. A good, moderately aged Rioja at $35? Yes, yes it is. — 10 years ago
Nice age and fruit. True natural wine and spent two meals and the whole day with Juan Ramon the wine maker. A farmer, winemaker, and philosopher. — 11 years ago
Some bubbly and a Lodi petite sirah. — 13 years ago
