The '05 was my first experience with your wine and really struck a chord with me. It made me want to try more of your wares. Primer paso "reminds" me of that fat Bordeaux that I am always looking for. Which is so interesting because of the varietals you use. Have you always co-fermented the primer? How do you find that to be different from single varietal fermentation and then blending?
