Downgraded a bit. This never seemed to get out of "oak" mode. Be sure to allow at least 2 hours of air time before drinking. Initially, there was only vanilla (oak), but now, it's all about black raspberry, with smoke, rhubarb, earth, pepper and raw meat. This has the stuffing for greatness in 3-5years when it comes together, bit for now still quite primal.
