I decanted this wine as I had been advised to by a friend familiar with it. On the nose: caramel, ripe black fruit, oak, some black pepper. On the palette: tart cherry, blackberry, high acidity with a full mouth and light jammy texture. Let it breathe and it opens nicely. Delicious, as expected from this incredible vineyard!
