Very nice with the shrimp quesadilla. A combination of Granny Smith apple and preach up front with a smooth fruity finish that stays with you. Stood up well to the house verde sauce which is hot. — 8 years ago

This is THE most sour wine I have tasted...and I kind of like it. If you love sour green apple and citrus, you'll enjoy this! Aerated seems to come with less of a bite making for a more smooth feeling on the tongue. It would be BOMB for white sangria. — 9 years ago

The Solis Vis is 100% Timorasso grape. The white wine is a pale straw yellow in the glass. Its nose gives off a wonderful salinity, with lime and minerals aplenty. The acidity is fine and the palate has citrus, apricots and peaches bursting forth. I’m always a sucker for any Italian white wine not named Grigio, and this one does nothing to dissuade me. — 6 years ago
