Stunning!! I paid hard for this. And shared hard. And it was totally worth it. But honestly, I'd have liked to be in Telluride, in front of a fire, or on the coast by a bonfire, sipping this over a few hours. Measuring the evolution in the presence of oxygen. Paired with barbecued oysters from the Coast Cafe in Bolinas -which wouldn't have necessarily paired well, but God DAMN if I'm drinking this shit next to a fire, I want those oysters. And, I want a pony while I'm wishing for stuff. — 13 years ago
