A perfect sushi wine. $28 as a SommSelect choice. 2nd time around. Can’t be beat for the price. Decant 30 minutes. — 7 years ago
Clean, crisp, but not at all tart. — 8 years ago
These wines need a lot of air. They are intensely mineral and structured wines. Les Loges is a unique place that makes unique wines. Lime, lime leaf, chlorine, mint, bay leaf, hickory switch (shout out to my redneck people who got their asses whooped with hickory switches), and wet rock. I usually hate Sauvignon Blanc. This is emotive for me. — 9 years ago

Very forward for a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit with some minerality on the nose. Persistent but not overpowering acidity with enough body to match. Some residual sugar on the palette as well. — 7 years ago
