2008 in 2016. Marshmallows, prunes, chocolate milk and high alc — 9 years ago
Balanced and more full bodied than other Chianti Classico wines I've had. Vintage is ready to drink. Started out of the bottle great and improved even more with time in the glass. — 10 years ago
Drinking lovely! This producer holds back their wines until they feel ready to release, this 1980 is a current release! Still showing fruit, leather and "crispness" as the Portuguese would say. — 10 years ago
Never seen a wine with a eucalyptus note. Bold and smooth with definite currant. — 11 years ago
2013 and so approachable, but doesn't feel like modern neb. Slight florals in the mix with fennel, old leather, hint of nuts, dark cherry and dried red fruits. Could give more points for value. — 9 years ago
