1991 Wynns Centenary Shiraz Cabernet Magnum #filthyoldvino Glad to see the shift to an elegant style with finesse & balanced oak compared with the Wynns '80's wines. Cork crumbled! #FUCork — 11 years ago
Made from a blend of centenary Carignan vines and 80yrs old Grenache vines. Very well balanced and elegant. Around €80 at the wine shop. Excellent. — 12 years ago
Such a great whisky. Incredibly smooth. I prefer the peaty Isley whiskies but this is excellent in the Highland style. — 8 years ago
A gift from the Premier of South Australia. A brilliant blend of Shiraz and Cabernet from all the wine regions of Australia. It was supervised by Len Evans, Brian Croser, John Hanley and Ian McKenzie all great wine makers and wine judges in the mid 70's to this collaboration in 1999. — 9 years ago
2001 - It's unique: an Alicante Bouschet vineyard, ultra-centenary (end of XIX century), maintained in pre-phylloxera conditions by regular springtime floodings. A real rarity, testifying the very old traditions in viticulture practices in the Etna region. Awesome. #etnakalatour — 10 years ago
Drank it acouple years back LOVED IT!! — 10 years ago

127 year old vines, a serious wine with pepper red fruits tons of savory components. A ton of structure. — 9 years ago
Complex, silky smooth, rich. What more can you ask from an 8 year old Zin from centenary vines? — 9 years ago

Beefy, rich sauce tannins. Some coffee and subdued fruit. A touch dusty as well. — 10 years ago
boo hoo 😥 or *#+$£€¥!!! 😤 the fact that the historic, centenary vineyard was ripped out and turned into tract homes by the US behemoth, Constellation, is a loss to South Australia's wine heritage. at least I was lucky enough to sip this beautiful wine. just moving into its tertiary phase, yet still holding on to its playful youth, it held my concentration and gained my admiration. boo hoo Constellation why did you do what you did? — 11 years ago
