2001 Rioja 这瓶酒是误开的,当天没有时间喝,就把瓶塞盖回去。 两天后喝,它充满香草,咖啡,李子,樱桃,皮革,麝香,惊讶它几乎像黑皮诺,只是颜色略微深一些。口感圆润,花果,橡木,单宁酸度都已经融合一起,有八角,黑胡椒,大吉岭红茶的底蕴。不愧为西班牙的骄傲。以性价比来说真的是值得。 喝它的时候我想到了香港的“腐乳通菜”(空心菜),和台湾的牛肉面。 — 11 years ago

Boxer Briefs
1920. Oldest wine I’ve ever opened. Pristine provenance, tasted like old Burgundy. Total stunner. Conversation started at 2015 white Burgundy and somehow we made it to 1920 Rioja. They were super stoked, wish we had another bottle. Red fruit, not really oxidized at all, I would guess they added some CO2 when they recorked these. Good stuff and a total show stopper.
