Förvånansvärt lätt i karaktären, vet dock inte vad jag har att förvänta mig (?). Lokala druvsorter som jag inte vet hur de ska smaka men för att jämföra skulle jag säga någon form av blandning av pinot noir och nebbiolo. Smakmässigt är det primärt ganska lingondominerat för att sedan övergå i körsbär- och svarta vinbär-toner. Perfekt nivå av tanniner bär upp denna balanserade skapelse! — 8 years ago

Like many Mediterranean islands, Mallorca hosts unusual indigenous grapes, like the Mante Negro, blended with Callet & Cab Sauv. There's the high-toned acidity of blackberries with a licorice taste, a perfume of herbs like lemon balm & juniper & rosemary, with elements of earthy gravel & saline winds. This 'Montenegro' reminds me of a Mt. Etna Nerello Mascalese crossed w Sardinian Cannonau. I'll be back for more! — 8 years ago

Loads of honey and orange blossom on nose, the honey continues on the tongue but I get more elderflower with it. Lovely chilled down as low as you can get then served with strong cheeses — 8 years ago

Light and great with spicy food, this wine has subtle aromas of rhubarb, underripe cherries, spice and roasted meat. Juicy cranberry and strawberry flavors, along with some mushroom and umami notes, with mouthwatering acidity. Probably best with food, but, I could also enjoy this wine mildly chilled on a hot day.
