This was outstanding Champagne for me. So fresh and lovely. Great layered flavors and impeccable balance. — 11 years ago
Bright, fresh, malic. Honey and tons of apple. Very light body but lingers on the after. Unusual to find a 100% Chardonnay on the Côte des Bar. Interestingly this is from the same house as Marie Courtin. — 8 years ago
Introduced as "a champagne that pairs with ham". Lives up to billing :) — 10 years ago

Brioche nose. Funky barn hay. Bubbles dissipate quickly. Fiji apple, briny oyster shell. Almond paste. — 9 years ago

Pn 70%, Ch 30%. This one seems to be going for a more wine-like character. Not a light, aperitif friendly Champagne, but great in its style. — 8 years ago
