Xmas day and my mother in law likes champagne with cooking. What’s not to like about that :) — 5 months ago
This is a great bubbly for a great price. — 2 years ago
An old gewurz-dominant field blend, that comes across especially perfumed and seemingly with a pinch of residual sugar. Simple yet abundantly interesting, and between the sweetness and nice acid backbone, this was a great partner to spicy curries. I enjoy Bedrock’s rendition more than Carlisle’s. — 6 years ago

Magnum pour decanted was my favorite. Really hits with a punch of acid off the bat - pomelo, green citrus, hint of mushroom. Very fine bubbles, cinnamon roll glaze creaminess. Non-decanted version was more bitter, more grapefruit zest and pith. 70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay - though the color was quite light and leaned straw with just a hint of pink. — 5 months ago
People who think rosé wines can’t be good need to try this one. Delicious. — 6 months ago
Really great Pinot Gris. Not too sweet, not too dry, perfect tonight with chicken marsala. — 7 months ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 3 years ago

It might be the post honeymoon glaze but this is an easy drinking enjoyable drop 🥂 — 8 years ago
Lovely, wonderful flavor, expensive but worth it, pasta sauce, fatty like carbonara, like a burgundy. — 9 years ago
Pink, cherry color. Aromatics include honey, strawberry, grapefruit. Tight delicate bubbles. Can carry weight of grilled meats, spice, fried foods like tempura. — 10 years ago
Bright aromas tangerine and citrus with a touch of pear. Juicy on the palate with tons of slatey minerality. Bright acidity balanced by lemon and lime fruit. Medium clean finish. — 11 years ago
