A lovey little French Chenin with a light body, slightly off dry and some zippy acidity. Lemons, chamomile and a hint of honey on the nose transition nicely into a palate of yellow apple, lemon peel and a touch of cream. Enthusiastic finish. Beautifully done. — 8 years ago

Blackberries, flowers and funk. Sometimes simple is better. Thirst quenching, juicy and pleasurable with every sip. Thierry Puzelat and Pierre-Olivier Bonhomie have hit on solid gold pleasure in a glass. If you're not drinking it cold then you're not truly enjoying it. — 11 years ago

PYCM 2015 Horizontal
Slightly greenish in the beginning. Develops with vivid ripe fruit: exotic and citrus. Minerality of crushed rocks. Oily texture. Extroverted character of Garenne terroir with light soil offering more finesse.
La Garenne is ‘domaine’ cru. Belonged to an aunt, who previously sold the grapes to Olivier Leflaive. Vines are 65+ years old.
This wine will shine many years ahead, but already approachable. — 8 years ago
