Great value for the price. Very fresh, crisp, dry wine with green apples and grapefruit notes. Pleasant acidity, not as „stingy” as usually Picpoul is. This is a wonderful find! It is smooth . It is well balanced, And perfect for seafood. I drank and used it to cook swordfish and it was excellent. I usually drink Chardonnay with fish but this was a game changer ! Not Oaky and buttery. But still fruit forward enough to be terrific!
