Dan ganas de vagar por Umbría tan sólo para descubrir las bodegas de allá. Desde que lo descorchas te asalta el aroma de primavera. Es delicioso porque no es muy dulce, es más, super aconsejable con una pasta por su sabor a polen y leve tono de uva verde.

‘Dry Red Wine’ it says on the back. Great! Heavy bottle. Must be a wine to age. Hope 4 years is enough. Hints of pie cherry and mineral water on the nose. Also rocks. Wet and dry rocks. It smells good. Balanced and inviting. Flavors are lovely. Dried herbs, tart berries, smoked blood oranges?, wild thyme? Lots of stuff. Clean and smooth. Tannins are nice. Dry but not drying. It’s a very nice Classico. Hit the spot with the classic spaghetti marinara too. — 5 years ago
Dejamos por un momento los rosados. Estuvimos reunidos con unos amigos degustando este Chianti orgánico (merlot-sangiovese), con DOCG, nos sirvieron una tabla de charcutería que incluía salames, prosciutto y otra de diferentes quesos, pan, se comportó muy bien, notas a frutos negros, bien ligero en el paladar, fresco, frutado, calidad precio excelente, temperatura de servicio 16°C ¡Salud! #winelover #pisco #Peru #Lima #vinorosado
