Birth year Brunello! Very fine and pale. Soft earthy cherry fruit dominates. Still has spice and interest. Great bottle — 11 years ago

2007 vintage... drinking beautifully now... medium body with lots of strawberries and raspberries... nice pairing with pasta! — 10 years ago
Probably the best under $15 Tuscan I've had. Medium body, fresh cherry, a little herb. Some complexity and pleasant tannins to the finish which is rare for a Sangiovese at this price point. — 10 years ago
Pear upfront with clean finish. My kinda wine. j gives it an 8.1 — 11 years ago

Maybe one of the best Pinot Grigio's I've had. Full bodied, lingering palate. Full of earthy character and crisp melon. Not your typical Punot Grigio. — 10 years ago
A sentimental flavor for me as this is how the wines of my childhood tasted. — 10 years ago
Warm citrus leaf and basil on the nose. Hint of smokiness or even volcanic soil. Lovely round, rich fruit and almond finish. Great structure and pleasing complexity. — 10 years ago
Big, dark, layered, delicious with a lot of life left. — 10 years ago

I will say that this is too young & should be cellared for the foreseeable future. It does show some wonderfully deep aromatics showing balsamic & floral notes. A wine you can sniff for hours. Elegant & finessed palate with hints of smoke & a mix of red & black fruit. The structure is obviously prominent in youth, but the balance between power and elegance is something to behold. I'm not sure if I should have opened at this stage, but I feel fortunate to have had this. — 9 years ago
