Ticked all the boxes - delightful balance of fruit. oak and "pebbles" — 11 years ago
This is delicious, though from a riper vintage so a bit more round and luscious than normal. Crunchy minerality, soft oak notes and starting to develop the walnut/hazelnut and bruised apple and pear that time provides. Classy stuff, indeed. — 10 years ago

With corned beef and cabbage. 2009. Pairs well. The funk cuts the salinity. — 11 years ago

I could drink this all day. Even better with a nice, slightly stinky soft French cheese or a buttery fish. Pleasant on everyone's palette. Oui, Oui. — 10 years ago
