On another day, I’d love this. Too serious for today. — 5 years ago
This is an excellent modern-day entry level Cabernet Franc. Dazzlingly simple, yet awash with refreshing weight, dark fruit, Chinese spices, and a subtle dollop of black/green tea. If you are looking for something less obvious go back to red Burgundy. (This red straddles old world structure with new world gloss. I fear gloss will eventually win out. But for now...👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾) — 6 years ago

This beats most producer's Meursault village, and many 1ers. Taught, electric, citrusy precision. — 8 years ago

Lemon, flowers, seashells on the nose. Beautiful palate of lemons, lime, a touch of oak/bread, honey, salinity, lingers for many minutes. Drinking very well with an hour or so of air. — 7 years ago

2007. Great. Reductive class. Cellartracker suggests this is at the limit of its drinking window. I would beg to differ. Just starting to get interesting, in my view. — 9 years ago

Longtime favorite and I snap up this foxy number whenever I see it. Crunchy strawberry and herbs, a bit of animal and yeast at the end but not too much to compromise the freshness. I don’t think this ages and should be drunk up but that doesn’t make it any less special — 8 months ago
