Solid deep garnet red core. Beautifully complex nose, starting with dark fruits such as cassis. Slightly savory undertones too. Palate is full of fruit not overpowering and is very smooth. The nose is scented with tart apple, fresh baked bread and spicy citrus. Fine bubbles tingle the tongue with mineral-laced spice notes.
