Damp leather and dust on nose. Classic syrah open with bright dark fruit, a touch more oak than I like and almost refined tannins. Nice and long but finish gets a bit harsh. Would be hard to tell it's not from France. Thank you Yuval Barak — 8 years ago

Smells and tastes like peaches. Dry and flavorful. Good acidity. Well balanced. — 9 years ago
Barolo with Bae. Olfactory produces dried fruit dominated by cedar dust, cinnamon and clove. Taste gives me dense tobacco (Levi Strauss?), dried berries, raisin. Pretty tannic. Charred and dark finish. Not my normal kind of wine but very interesting. All this after 2 hours open. Excited to see what it does over night. — 10 years ago
A full bouquet of flowers leaps out of this bottle followed by a crisp refreshing wine on the palate. Great acidity and a spritz of bubble. — 10 years ago
A very good, ripe style, Cab Franc--my favorite of the Pelter lineup, from Israel's cooler climate Galilee region. — 11 years ago

Kosher from Golan Heights. Dry but borderline off dry (a shocking 11.6% alc). Crisp, balanced, low fruit and acid. Calls to mind Albariño. Becoming too sweet as it warms up. — 8 years ago
