What a delectable treat. This is beyond stellar. Nice canary yellow/gold color. Light zesty nose. Ripe candied green apple and lime skin. Wet limestone and pebble dust also. The palate is unreal! It tastes like green apples and peanut butter on toast. Ripe green apple and apple skin. Toasty notes with a nutty peanut/cashew profile. Intense wet stone minerality and a medium finish.
