Not a dead giveaway of Chablis on the nose, but very lovely in its own way. Softer mouthfeel, a hint of spring green (English peas) on the nose, gesturing toward botrytis. All held in balance but more 2013 forward than Les Preuses. — 6 years ago
Light, sweet but crispy. Perfect summer nights. — 7 years ago

Beautiful Fleurie. — 7 years ago
An impressive showing. Hints of the exotic without scarifying its typicity. Just had more and didn't fall off. A cool triumph over Dauvissat on this night at The Eddy with JS. — 8 years ago
High tannin, sturdy, spicy, iron rich Syrah. Great for the money. Will buy again. — 8 years ago
Showing well. Moderate Chablis character with good balance. Have had some premox issues with this producer but this bottle was fine. — 9 years ago

Delish! Steak wine for the new world order. — 6 years ago
A confusing wine that is working out for the better. The color suggested advanced and seemed on first whiff to be a little soft but, true to its scrappy self, it recovered quickly. Sappy as fuck, slightly seafaring and reminiscent of the medicinal properties of Bragg's, in a good way. Has nice complexity but I wouldn't sit on it. Eddy — 7 years ago
Great nose, intense and tight, great acidity — 8 years ago
On the sweet side but nice acidity to balance..smoothe and nice texture — 8 years ago
I got a thing for Chablis. — 9 years ago
Apple pie. And razor sharp. Grippy, firm. — 9 years ago
Good experience - the tannins melted away, taste of tobacco, leather. Nose forest floor and mushrooms — 6 years ago
Light fruity juicy AF — 6 years ago
Excellent value and with a couple of years age it has integrated is acidity very well. Crisp clean Chardonnay, very pure fruit. — 7 years ago
More aromatically backward than Clos but showing more typicity and perhaps an ability to age. — 8 years ago
Quite delicious at this point, but worries me for the long haul. I'm drinking the rest of my Piuze — 9 years ago

I had to try one. It’s awesome. So light, the color Is medium garnet but more transparent than most. When I poured I worried this would be too thin, but not the case! The nose is floral, red fruit, and a touch of hay. Light body, but it dances. Cherries, pomegranate, strawberry... really nice. I can’t wait to try the next one after 5+ years and hope I give it time to let in some mushroom, soil, and brown sugar. I’m imagining this with that and think it’ll be a 97. — 4 years ago
