This light, bright green-gold colored beauty has a mouthwateringly zingy nose of citrus-drenched limestone and a bit of brothy earthiness. So lively and fresh, with medium body and such pure flavors of hay-inflected green apple and cracked stones. Fantastic acidity. Really nice.
