Par for course. Delicious fruit forward California Cabernet. No sediment. Sweet cherry fruit with dusty mocha tannins. Can’t wait to have this with the grilled rib eye! — 7 years ago
Acidic. Dry finish. Minerally. Pairs well with food. — 9 years ago
This was a gift from a dear friend who brought it back from Spain for me. I really don't know anything about it other than it was awesome and was the perfect cap to a fantastic meal filled with great wine. The orange hit and sweetness paired perfectly with poached pears and vanilla ice cream. — 10 years ago

— 7 years ago
Wow ! — 8 years ago
— 9 years ago
Heavy, fruity Grenache that was under $10. Great by itself or with with a beef-based meal. — 10 years ago

The best Texas Roussanne. On par with Stolpman. — 12 years ago
Going to go out on a limb and say it... Denis Mortet expression of Lavaux St Jacques is my favorite. Maybe on par with Rousseau for this particular plot. Cool, floral, blue/black berries with some restraint (2012s may be shutting down). Very good intensity, texture, and concentration. — 6 years ago
— 7 years ago
Nice and funky fresh! — 7 years ago
Dark fruit, cherry and blackberry, with a hint of fragrant spice. Soft tannins that still have a nice grip. Wonderful lingering finish. — 8 years ago
Powerful but balanced. Plums, cherries, tobacco, mineral high notes. Opens up nicely after being decanted. — 9 years ago
Smells like strawberries! Perfect weight for summer BBQ cuisine and Greek salad. It lacks a lot if flavor into a crisp, clean finish. Bright acidity. — 10 years ago

Think I like this better than the last Miraval vintage which is to say, totally solid and yum grocery store avail rosé that when the warm weather beckons you can crack alongside your springtime frolics. But like, better than a lot of rosé. Maybe not on par w my faves but damn enjoyable. Okay WSET-(ish)analysis.
Eye: almost salmon
Nose: medium intensity raspberry meringue and an invigorated river
Tongue: medium plus acid, medium alcohol (13%) and medium plus bod for a pink. Flavors of raspberry foam, vanilla cream and, like big stones tossed into a cobbler, damn that is not technically wset but I’ll save those notes for the test I have coming. Anyway yum. Maybe I am too happy to drink a happy pink lime Miraval but I’m into this one about as much as I was the year I discovered it which I believe was the 2015 vintage. Yay. Go on now. Taste n tell me your thoughts. — 6 years ago
