Discovered at a local restaurant in Panama. Artisan Panamanian based brewery established in 2013.
I have visited the brewery and MST Jonathan the foundator/owner.
Made of malted barley and of malteado the and other natural ingredients such as water and yeasts, this beer has a great character and complexity.
Fresh and elegant nose with notes of fruits. Very soft with a lovely richness and mouth feel on the palate. A slightly bitter finish makes it great with food. — 10 years ago

Amazing Blueberry wine. It's a "blueberry port" in my opinion. Perfect for blueberry lovers! — 10 years ago
Mezan Single Distillery Rum, Panama 1999. Medium Amber hue. Old oak shavings, vanilla, sugar cane juice, carnation milk, toasted nuts, paint stripper! On the palate, medium bodied, lush and velvety. 42% ABV, well integrated alcohol. Ripe banana, bread-and-butter pudding, vanillin, and nutty flavours. Long finish. Very decent indeed. — 10 years ago
Beautiful!
Smooth, nutty and just the right right amount of wood. A very pleasurable sipper!
