This Cab is from the Oldest Cab Sauv planting in Washington state. Planted in 1952 near Grandview. It's not bad now but, unfortunately past its prime slightly. I feel this was most likely due to pH or TA adjustments to the fruit at the time of making. Plenty of fruit left and great aromatics but the palate is a bit muddled by age. — 9 years ago
