Beautiful honey-amber color in the glass. Nose is a little hot with airplane glue and spice. Palate is much softer, still warm though with oak and loads of vanilla and spice. Nice neat, better with a few drops of spring water. — 10 years ago
Super delicious and smooth. — 12 years ago
This is very good bourbon. Made from a revived heirloom corn in South Carolina and yada yada food geek stuff that’s actually really interesting but... it’s just really delicious bourbon. — 7 years ago
Heritage distilling batch 12 bourbon. This is really nice with good bourbon flavor of caramel, vanilla, spice. A tad hot on the palate, helped with a splash of water. Overall very good. — 7 years ago
Not a Bourbon guy, but this was ridiculously good. Single barrel Blanton's. They don't cut this before bottling, so you end up with a 128 proof smack to the face that carries cinnamon, burnt caramel, and cream. It's almost viscous, coating your mouth. Don't plan on drinking anything after this... your palate will be blown! — 8 years ago
18 year Single Barrel - R77 - bottled around 2008 maybe. Super rare and fantastic. — 9 years ago
Cardinal's 1st ever barrel of whiskey released 12/5/2015. Single malt whiskey made from 100% malted barley from Sugar Creek Malt Co. in Lebanon, Indiana. This is the very first craft single malt whiskey grown, mashed, fermented, distilled, & aged in Indiana. Notes: spicy, malty, with a lasting cinnamon & banana after burn. I can't wait to see how the other barrels turn out after they finish maturing! — 9 years ago

When the wine is gone its time to get your shine on! — 12 years ago
Great tasting bourbon from a local distillery in Lenexa, Kansas. Spicy notes at first sip with a "creamy" middle and strong citrus hints in the end. Easily one of the most satisfying and complex bourbons I've enjoyed. — 7 years ago

Currently enjoying this in Paris... — 9 years ago
Weyerbacher Tiny 11.8% Belgian style imperial stout. 2012 drank 2015 on a cold Thanksgiving night. Light enough in the mouth to think of as a porter. But dark and bitter, high octane vanillin whiskey barrel roast on the palate and completely black opaque in the light. Port colored at the edge — 9 years ago
New whiskey for me. Damn tasty too — 10 years ago
