Dry French style cider aged in oak, slightly fizzy. Excellent, but Oak adds a bit of astringency that I'd prefer not be there since it muddles the mineral and fruit flavored of the unoaked version. — 10 years ago
Great summer light flavor, sweetness tastes natural, lighter than angry orchard — 10 years ago

Blue Mountain Cherry Cider from Milton- Freewater Oregon. These guys are THE best in the country. Washington apples are like Michigan cherries.....epic. And guess what? They are smart enough to buy Traverse City cherries for the Blend? Mind blowing combo. AND, they do it right. Fresh pressed. No force carbonation. No added sugars. No added caramel colors. Orchard to bottle. Literally. That's it! Unlike those other brads that buy frozen Chinese apple concentrate, dump some potassium sorbate, and fake bubbles and serve that shitty soda pop as " cider". Frankly that kind of faux" orchard" crap makes me " angry"! Get it?? Ya see what I did there?? :). Truth be told - Uncle Johns, Tandem, Crispin..... You all do a nice job. Blue Mountain........league of their own. — 10 years ago

Not really tasting the ginger but still good and sweet. — 12 years ago
Amazingly smooth without being too sweet — 10 years ago
Very gritty wine. Unfiltered, organic. There is a film of fermentation on the inside. Murky colour. Hybrid cider wine. Dirty orchard apples. So different. Love it. — 10 years ago
Hearty sour cider. Incredible. — 10 years ago
Yummy. Like juice — 10 years ago
Just the best. I dream of owning a Normandie cider orchard one day. — 10 years ago
Nose is all apple orchard in the fall. Mouth is almond liquor, tart cider, sea salt ("Fleur de sel" for you fancy folk). This isn't your grandma's Sherry - it's a beautiful wine with many layers worth exploring - oh and less than $20 to boot. — 11 years ago

totally reminded me of those teaser days at the orchard that felt like summer but smelled like fall:
Smelled like damp straw, hard apple cider and bourbon a little like cinnamon and ripe pear (the bartlett ones that turned yellow and soft, ugh). Tasted a little less like that (Although still fruity) but had more of a soft lemon thing then slightly dry with a touch of salt + basil (I swear to God) at the very very end and that's all i got. !! — 10 years ago
