This is so good it makes me want to cry. Gorgeous color, amazing balance. This one is an adventure — 10 years ago
I drank this at their open house, and at the time I thought it was one of the best 2011's we tasted. This is another example of a wine that will have the "experts" pondering the 2011 vintage. This may be similar to a 2003 for selected wineries. I'll go on the record that I like it - a lot. — 10 years ago
Aging nicely. When I tried this one a few years ago, I did not care for it, but today this one rocks. 2007 still has lots of fruits left. Delicious. — 10 years ago
A very dry, earthy wine. Good legs. Some good fruit up front and a good nose. Clean finish. Actually very good for a wine of its price (got it on sale and I have to agree with the sales dude on this one so I'll probably go back and get more). — 11 years ago
I've never had one of these aged. This was blind tasted at a Gruner tasting and I immediately thought that this was in the line up as a curve ball. I could not believe how much this reminded me of Riesling from Mosel. ACE sorbet, canned peach, marmalade, butterscotch, kerosene and wet rock. Length, amazing structure. — 9 years ago
Drank a 35-year-old Rutherford Hill Napa Valley cab while getting our hearts broken last night. One good memory on a devastating night — 9 years ago
Oh man. Cool wine. It's almost Savoie-like in its mountain berry purity on the nose and in the mouth, but has some great grippy tannins and acid to let you know it's here. Really one of the most interesting wines (and wineries) from Sonoma. Get some while you can. Yum. — 10 years ago
Love this wine hard to find in Va. Peachy, lite, buy it at one block west every time — 10 years ago
Beautifully smooth wine. Not a strong bodied Shiraz but very easy to drink. Will definitely be buying this one again. — 10 years ago
Usually this label makes good stuff and this one was no different. Good wine for a good value. — 12 years ago
Love this Merlot. Surprisingly good. We forgot about it and found out still have one all this time
Deep berry taste and long finish. Yum — 8 years ago
Great structure, notes of apple and pear. I'm not typically a Chardonnay drinker but this one was very memorable!! — 8 years ago
Great complexity from one of our consistently favorite wineries. This one is very complex, and developed interestingly over two days. It's started out with a lot of brambly, earthy character, with very muted raspberry fruit, and the Russian River cherry cola fruit came out much more prominently in day 2. — 9 years ago

One of my favorite Chardonnays. Smooth with a little bit of an oaky flavor. — 9 years ago
Surprisingly great wine. This is one of the lower price points and wines of Penfolds but overall it is something I would highly recommend. Spice but a nice balance. — 9 years ago
One of my favs I love all of Dave Matthews wine — 10 years ago
Velvety smooth. Plum, dark berries, and cream. Long finish. One of my top 3 Cabs ever. — 10 years ago
Savoury and rounded Riesling but still dry acidity. — 10 years ago
Classic for the style. One of the many Aussie wines we should have greater access to and care more about in the states. — 10 years ago
Taking on some fun richness.
Not going to open my next one for another 5 years. Big baby. — 11 years ago

Probably one of the best Chardonnays have tasted from California or was that ...Chablis?
