Tastes like Zebra Stripe gum — 8 years ago
Amazing wine! I tasted current and subtle spice. Highly recommend it even though it had a twist top! — 9 years ago
On the dry side for a Riesling but I do really like it. A good balance for me. — 9 years ago
Quizás se ha pasado un poco de año. Amarga al final. Lo recuerdo mejor el año pasado. — 10 years ago
Have the 2013. Ambitious composition from seven different vineyards. Classical green fruits. Excitingly mineral. Very modern! — 10 years ago
Not too sweet, not too dry, perfect drinking outside in the summer :) — 12 years ago
My favorite wine! Sweet and smooth, reminds me of Welch’s grape juice — 7 years ago
Mid crimson in colour. Nose of cherry and other red fruits. On the palate barely medium weight. More red fruits on the palate with a savoury twist. Fresh and juicy texture with supple fine Tannins. No need for further cellaring. 60% Nero d’Avola, 40% Frappato. Made for food. — 7 years ago
Forever a favorite. Somehow they captured the essence of fresh fruit. You can almost feel the sunshine on your back as you sip, as if you're plucking blackberries off the cane yourself. — 8 years ago

Dry. Citrus. Floral. Grass. A picnic in a bottle — 10 years ago
2013: good typicity; black pepper, cloves and violets. More of a black fruited style, blackberry, currant. Medium to light bodied, fresh Livy acid, hardly any tannin. A supple easy drinker, with decent Syrah aromatics. Smoky, black peppery length, with some twist of exotic spice (cardamon) — 10 years ago
This Shiraz will heat you up from the cold today at 14.5% abv. Nice oaking, moderate tannins, and significant structure. The fruit is ripe with raspberries, cassis, and currant. However I do prefer Oliver's Shiraz Reserve more. — 10 years ago
Lovely paired with broiled salmon with salad w arugula, feta and mango — 11 years ago
Drink now or forever lose it! — 11 years ago
Taste very sweet and delicate. Theres a word I want to use to describe it but cant put my finger on it. Its different than white or red wine, its sweet but strong - a good strong. — 7 years ago
In hills of Paso Robles, not far from Hearst castle, there is a man with a Homeric vision. His name is Daniel Daou and he is devoting his life to creating outstanding Cabernet’s. Deep red with complex dark berry nose, aged for 11 months on French oak (60% new). On the palate blackberry, tart cherry and a licorice twist, gentle background spice with savory fine tannins. Medium+ finish ending with cacao and earthy herbs. Great value. I also tried the Reserve which is something special. — 7 years ago
A little on the sweet side for me — 9 years ago
A near perfect rosé at a great price. I prefer this soft fruit tempered by a light floral note all properly and proportionately positioned against a mineral intensive rocky bottom as swift waters twist and turn their way downstream leaving one's palate clean and refreshed but laced with the memory of the moment😎🌀 - buy the magnum at my favorite local Morehead City, NC hang - Promise Land Market (thx sweet Janeen and Daniel for spinning some crazy sweet tunage!)! Find this place in all its realness, and drink this wine! — 10 years ago
Not quite Graham's 40 but still one of my favorite port wines — 10 years ago
Great body. Vanilla, spice, blackberry, Oak aging. I've indulged in many bottles. — 10 years ago
