Pale white with brown tint. Aromatic cinnamon with a hint of pear in nose. Cinnamon with perry flavors, dry to off dry, Comice pear flavor profile dominant. Really nice product, on point. No wow factor, but as close to a Platonic ideal of its name (cinnamon pear cider) as you could hope for — 8 years ago
I'd bathe in this. Sublime. #perry — 9 years ago
Surprisingly delicious, like a cross between Cava and a perry cider. Fruity yet dry. Picked this up at Tedeschi in 2008, drinking well after all those years. Was really nice with Thai food. — 10 years ago

2011 in 2017. Cider aged briney and tart-sweet freshness, moss. Elegant. — 9 years ago
So darn delicious with fantastic transparency of flavor. It's not just that it tastes like pears, but it feels like pear, has than crunch, and that bitter brown skin of pear and the wonderful ripeness. Not sweet. Still refreshing. Shoutout to Anna and her husband for making badass wine, cider and spirits! #cider #perry #biodynamic #colorado — 10 years ago
I'm led to believe that this is pretty unfashionable at the moment but I couldn't give less of a shit. A great, pure wine that gives you exactly what you ask for. A light greenish hue; not getting much grapefruit but lots of cider apples and perry pears, with a touch of cat's piss and maybe a hint of freshly cut (lightly damp) hay and fatty cheese rind; plenty of acidity, apt minerality, and a lovely lingering palette-cleansing freshness. Our house pour for fish and chips with mushy peas and my home made tartare sauce. — 10 years ago

I struggle with the sorbitol pears bring to the table, but this is as good as perry gets — 7 years ago
What you'd expect from an Aaron Burr pear cider - a kind of funky, yet refined earthiness with a bit of pear sourness. Oh and quite good of course. 30 cases produced, if you're counting. — 9 years ago
Very good pear cider. — 10 years ago
Absurdly great. Good luck finding a better American perry out there. Vanilla, passion fruit, oak. — 10 years ago

Caution: Some of these are super carbonated so watch where you point that bad boy when you twist off the wire. Consequently it's the most effervescent cider/poire I've ever experienced, nearly the same effect of putting mento's and coke in your mouth. Hazy golden color with a nice layer of lees sediment. The french farmhouse funk is as lovely as ever with alot of very obvious acetic acid on both the nose as well as palate. Semi-dry, appreciatively fresh with a nice long back end to round things out. She's a beaut :) — 10 years ago
