Sublime and as mellow as any Scotch Ive ever tasted. Persistent, smoky and delicate nose to finish. Color looks more like Anejo tequila. Nose: vanilla, profound smoke, peat, earth and a simplicity and completeness that belies its complexity and depth. The most symmetric spirit I've ever tasted.
