An all time fav. Vines grow up to the cliff overlooking the ocean. Can taste the shist and salt. Delicate ethereal wine. Maybe a muscadet? — 10 years ago

At first I thought this was too mild. But after it was open about 30 minutes, the fruity flavors really came out. — 7 years ago
Steely, austere, super mineral (deep ocean crushed shells). Grippy, beautiful texture and laser focused acid. Incredible long length! — 8 years ago

Aavery nice everyday wine at this price point. Fruity, not particularly complex. Bright fruit, mostly sour cherry and cranberry, but with an overriding sweetness, so no puckering. — 10 years ago

Great Chardonnay! Delicious with shrimp scampi. Great find by Schmed in Santa Barbara! — 8 years ago
Beautiful bloody and transparent shade of red. The aroma reminds me of dry prune or dry ripe/resinated black grape. On the palate, the wine is easy drinking, medium astringency, with balanced red cherry, earthy quality, and spices. Went surprisingly well with our sushi omakase! — 9 years ago
Half way between sweet and dry. Definitely has a little alcohol kick. — 9 years ago
Showing all of the good things Pritchard Hill brings to the party. It's always sad to see the last one go! — 10 years ago
Finishing off the night...cheesecake and bourbon. Ocean is definitely a wee bit briny but has all the savory caramel and vanilla notes of its Presidential brethren, smooth and rich comported. And not so loaded with the alky...so I may have another — 10 years ago
This was a very well-balanced deep wine. Would definitely buy it again. Karina loved it. — 11 years ago
3 more bottles of the 2009 Sonoma Coast Vineyards Balistreri Vyd Pinot Noir left in my cellar. Need to save them to share with special friends. — 11 years ago
