A faint petrol on the nose., nice earthy notes, herbs, and a little sweetness. I wish the dark fruit notes would have shown better. I found the finish rather short and lacking the concentration that I found in the last OB that I enjoyed. — 9 years ago

20.08.2013 Jahrgang 2007, wie immer etwas zu kalt am Anfang, kam dann mit etwas mehr Temperatur. Am besten nach 30 bis 60 Minuten. Relativ fett, kein schlanker Riesling. Beeindruckt mit Fülle und Kraft, blumiges Bukett, wenig Säure noch, jetzt mit 6 Jahren sehr gut. Fraglich ob weiter Lagerung noch viel bringt. Hat wie immer sehr viel Spass gemacht, wir freuen uns auf die nächste Flasche.

Awesome bottle. Greek sparkling via the classic method (méthode traditionnelle). Apple butter on the nose with great stone smells. Tons of apricot and apple/pear flavors. Theres a mustard seed like component here along with excellent minerality. Very enjoyable for the 30ish bucks! Thanks to third corner in ob! — 12 years ago
