Quite a strong and dry cab. Would pair great with a Camembert or Roquefort — 9 years ago

Classic pairs perfectly with spicy amatriciana! Little oasis for lunch in Vegas — 10 years ago
A journey of through a light crisp fruity oasis that is easy to drink. Slowly transitioning into a slight dry taste that's reminiscent of a Malbec but not too spicy to turn you off from coming back. Combined with chocolate and/or caramel counteracts the dryness after-taste that would typically linger on your tongue. A must try! ~$15 — 10 years ago
Fun evening @ the Lick's! Delicious! Also 1st night 2015 for the Oasis! — 10 years ago

I cellared it 3 years... Smart boy!)))
Lush, bold, unbridled, solid Malbec, blend of two vineyards: Finca El Oasis& Finca La Palma.
Fermented 26 days at 26-28oC, macerated 15 days, then aged 1 yr in 50% new French and American oak.
Deep dark garnet, bricky ruby rim.
Fleshy nose of black pepper, wet earth, roasted cacao beans, prune, black currant, blueberry pie, ink, saskatoon & violets.
Nearly full bodied, with pleasantly coarse tannins and backbone acidity. Black and red currant, blackthorn, wild cherry, bilberry, blue fig, wooden bark.
Enjoyable knitting finish full of black fruits, oak bark, vanilla.
Perfect nectar to accompany my juicy marble steak. — 9 years ago
Blue Oasis, good and fruity! — 10 years ago
Imagine walking through a desert, and you want one last pleasure before you wither away. An oasis in the distance is sprawling with these grapes, you find this bottle nearly covered in sand. You crack a dry smile. You taste a woodsy black cherry and plum flavor, it's dryness doesn't quench your thirst, but gives you peace as you close your eyes and surrender. Then, you are lulled into a deep sleep with a white pepper aroma that sees you off at the end. — 10 years ago

When you have to travel on a Sunday, and that Sunday happens to be Mother's Day, you're not exactly psyched. This little oasis in the Delta Sky Club afforded me the opportunity to smile. Not a bad pour, regardless of the price. Typical Lynch-Bages cigar tobacco and leather with some luscious and velvety black fruit. Finished a little flat, most likely due to being open for a while in the fancy automated pour gizmo. But still smiling! — 8 years ago
Its a bird, it's a plane, it's a Bavarian double bock! Flight delays, itinerary changes, and misery, this was an oasis in travel hell brought to me, G, and countless of others by Mother Nature and the failure in execution and efficiency known as Laguardia airport... — 9 years ago
Delicious! Such a beautiful blend with fruity notes to begin with then finishes off with some floral notes. Perfect with seafood or just on its own. — 10 years ago
