Beautiful wine. It came as a complete and oh so pleasant surprise. I had no knowledge of this wine/winery and therefore had no expectations or preconceptions. It was a gift, which meant that I had not seem its price tag. The first sip made me a fan and the ones that followed solidified the admiration. Velvety, full bodied but not "overweight", nice lasting taste, neither fruity nor earthy. A pure joy. — 8 years ago
Very nice. Not as sweet as some tidal bay wines. Wonderful with our Italian meal. — 8 years ago

Nova Scotia bubble! Delightful! Lovely bubble size, aromas of apple and red currants. Medium-bodied with great acidity and flavours of green apple, red fruits, and buttery brioche. Long finish. — 10 years ago
Drink up. Very good at opening. Started to get pruney after an hour. — 11 years ago
Nova Scotia terroir. Zesty lemon on the nose. Crisp, slightly off-dry with subtle minerality. — 7 years ago

The 2010 Moscato Puglia from Casal Nova is very sweet and fizzy in the tongue with tastes if honey and apricot. Chill thoroughly to make the flavors pop. — 10 years ago
Marilyn Merlot 2005 is a pretty dry wine but it feels soft on your pallet compared to other dry wine or Merlot. I was able to taste black cherry and smoke flavors. — 11 years ago

Best ever from here; just stunning. Structured and built to age, it also caresses the palate with Marco's telltale seductiveness. Costs barely anything; beats most. Great combo. — 7 years ago
