Clementine, peach skin, decent acidity. — 4 months ago
Taking its name from the sea and sun – the two forces of nature that shape its character. Pale lemon, aromas of Stone and tropical fruits, with floral and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some fresh tuna! — 7 months ago

Floral nose, lots of minerality. Amazing wine. Loved the contrast to his. Good enough to just drink without food. — 7 years ago

Beautiful #andersonvalley #sparkling wine that punches a good deal higher than its price class. Apple, lemon, touch of toast towards the finish - the $60 bottle price at a casually upscale restaurant in Frisco / Plano represents great QPR. — 6 months ago

Very good. Dry but fruity. — 3 years ago
Really fine juice. Gorgeous, unmistakable Pinot aromatics. Creamy strawberry, wild cherries and raspberries. Wet leaves and forest decay. Palate is smooth, silky, and creamy in character with oak in the right place. Polished. Called Sonoma Pinot blind. Hella’ tasty. — 9 months ago
Slightly muted with age, but still strong, supple fruit dark smoking meat went perfect with smoked reverse, seared ribeye steaks — 9 months ago
Bright ruby red color. Bountiful aromas of red berries and dried violets. Pallet is full of strawberry and raspberry fruit with hints of black tea, baking spices, earth and pepper spice. Just a bit of a “gamey” quality as well. Nice hint of oak on the clean finish. Fine tannins and bright acidity. Creamy texture. Rich and nicely rounded. Absolutely a “California-Style” Pinot Noir. Nice choice, Mark Smith. — 3 years ago

Really nice wine. Can't wait to see how it changes over next few hours. — 9 years ago
Still kicking. I just wish the oak toned down a bit. Great fruit and well made. Dail back that oak and it would be fantastic. — 3 months ago
The wood is integrated but still a little one dimensional given the price tag. — 3 months ago

Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral and complex spice, aged for 16 months on French oak, 58% new, vineyard planted in 1991. On the palate concentrated flavors of strawberry and black cherry with orange citrus, herbs, vanilla and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, rich long finish, ending with fruit, vanilla, floral, spice and oaky tones. Very Nice! Will age! — 9 months ago
I can’t tell you how many of these bottles of this I’ve enjoyed. Beautiful glou — 5 years ago
