— 8 years ago
Un pastel de acelga hecho en casa acompaño este vino, bien herbáceo con algo de cherry, equilibrado, muy interesante. — 9 years ago

Salty at the beginning, gradually strong in mineral and finally smooth til the end- what a rich etna rosse! — 5 years ago
Supple and savory. Good reserva that stays true to the grape. — 6 years ago
Blend of grapes, 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio, with the second one adding body and tannins to the blend.
Pale ruby colour tending to garnet on the rim.
On the nose medium intensity of ripe red fruit, like strawberry jam, raspberry and cherry.
Dry on the palate, with high acidity and medium-high tannins, tending to full body. From grapes grown on a mineral volcanic soil, strong volcanic rocks and some leather flavours become intense after the fruit.
Medium-long finish. — 7 years ago

They pick these vineyards with 5-6 different passes through the vineyards. 2004 was the first vintage Nicosia and Adrianna vineyard fruit two years later they started bottling them separate. A big and chewy but still very balanced with a long layered finish violet and dark spices a long layered finish. — 11 years ago

Good fruit, a little brambly, a little bit of a short finish and could be drier. Not as mineral or tannic as I usually like from Etna Rosso. From Town Center Wines, Eastham. — 5 years ago
