AJ 89/100 - Finalmente riesco a mettere le mani sulla Malvasia di Bosa! Non quella che volevo ma un buon base per iniziare va sempre bene! Colore giallo paglierino chiaro, naso intrigante e complesso con note floreali, balsamiche, un ritorno di pesca bianca e uva sultanina, in bocca morbido, pieno, con giusta acidità e finale molto buono. Vino koje je sasvim drugi nivo. Oseca se jak i intezivan miris na crnu ribizlu ali takodje nekakav dzemast miris,na trenutak se prepoznaje miris paprike i to ljute. . Odlican balans (odnos) caberne sauvignon i caberne franc. Cak mislim da caberne franc mrvicu jace preovladava. Grota ga je ne dekantirati bar sat vremena pre degustacije kako bi razvio svoj celokupni potercijal. Oseti se biber i ljutina istog u samom ukusu. Caberne franc mu daje rough izgled u odnosu na caberne sauvignom. Nije toliko prefinjen i to mi se bas svidja. A sa druge stane govori milion jezika i prica, samo treba imati umeca i znanja razaznati sve sto kaze. Imam osecaj da u svakom mirisu i i svakom ukusu probam drugo vino. Ovo vino definitivno treba biti zavrsnica i posle njega ne treba degustirati drugo nego uzivati u njemu...lagano. Vinarija Janko-Zavet(kupaza Cabernet sauvignon,Merlo,Caberne franc), godina berbe 2011,14,2%alkohola. Cena oko 1100din. — 10 years ago

Tastes great, big, full, dark fruits. Silky, stands up to a garlicky dinner at Mani Osteria in Ann Arbor.

Šta uradi od terana? Kultivirano, fino, zaobljeno, izbalansirano i precizno. Veliki finish novogodišnjeg maratona uz tradicionalne škampe na buzaru, djeca spavaju, petarde pucaju u selu a mi u raspravi je li 180 kn puno za ovakvo vino. Stvar koncepcije a ne cijene. Kao da nije odavde, nego negdje iz daleka, gdje su znanje i vještina nešto za čime tragaš. Podrum će ga vidjeti u magnumu, možda i dva. Super! — 11 years ago

OK. So. This wine caused issues because I bought it for several friends and the first who tried it said it was "really sweet". Then I had to try it. It is NOT really sweet. It IS very fruit-forward with lemons and limes but also lots of minerals - petrol and honey without the sweetness. Def some yeast. Medium golden color, fine and persistent bubbles. I like it!
